Delete Your Account
Landys by Vladislav Danshov
You can delete your Landys account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1: Delete from the App

Open the Landys app and go to Profile

Tap Settings

Tap Delete Account

Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Request via Email
Send an email to support@landys.io from the email address associated with your account, requesting account deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, all of the following data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days:

Your account information (email, profile photo)
✓
All property records
✓
All guest records
✓
All booking records
✓
All uploaded photos
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure to export any data you need before deleting your account.
Data Retention
No data is retained after deletion, except where required by law (e.g., financial record-keeping obligations). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
